At The Air Purifier Store, we want you to breathe easy knowing that your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your air purifier in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the air purifier in its original manufacturer packaging, including all filters, manuals, and remote controls to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
